Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants carry their own risk for personal injury or loss of property, including baggage, during the conference. Intergraf is in no way responsible for any insurance claims.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, the following policy will be applied by Intergraf:

cancellations made after 20/08/2019 will incur a charge of 25% of the total invoiced fees
cancellations made after 24/09/2019 will incur a charge of 50% of the total invoiced fees
cancellations made after 01/10/2019 will incur a charge of 100% of the total invoiced fees
refunds will not be given for no-shows

New to SecurityPrinters?

All new companies and individuals are subject to strict screening by Intergraf's Committee of Experts. If you have never attended and would like to join us in Copenhagen, please register your interest by completing our New Contact Form. We will get in touch to request the information needed to assess your eligibility. Intergraf reserves the right to refuse participation if its attendance criteria are not met.

Registration policy

The event is open exclusively to security printers, suppliers to security printers, banknote issuing authorities, government authorities, law enforcement and postal authorities.

What you need to register

Your username and password. These will be sent to you by email before registration opens. They are linked to your personal profile and cannot be shared or transferred.

Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent to you within one week. Please kindly check the attached invoice carefully to verify its accuracy. No confirmation email or questions? Please contact us!

Payment

We accept bank transfers and Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Cheques and cash cannot be accepted. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and must be made in euro, without deduction of any bank charges. Any sum unpaid within 30 days of the invoicing date shall automatically and without notice attract interest at a rate of 1.50% per month. Please remember to quote the invoice number.

Substitutions

If you have registered and can no longer attend, another representative from your company can take your place, provided that you notify us in writing at least two weeks before the start of the event.

Badge photo

Please upload a recent photograph when completing the online registration form. To be printed on your badge, the file should be at least 240x300 px in size and 300 dpi in resolution (.jpg or .png). Without this, your badge will not be available for pick-up at the registration desk. You will need to wait while your picture is taken and the badge printed. Access to the conference sessions, exhibition, and networking events can only be granted to badge-holders.

Visa

Invitation letters can only be granted to fully registered participants for the period of the event. If you need a visa to travel to the event, please indicate this when completing the online registration form and allow sufficient time for the letter to be issued and the visa application to be processed. The letter will be sent by email. Applicants are responsible for contacting the relevant authorities.

Disclaimer

The business programme is correct at the time of publication. However, amendments to the content or speakers may occasionally occur. In the case of force majeure, Intergraf is relieved of all obligations. Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond the will of Intergraf that impedes permanent or temporary compliance with the obligations, such as war, danger of war, revolts, strikes, shut-out of workers, transportation difficulties, fire, terrorist attacks or severe disturbances affecting Intergraf or its suppliers.
